GreenElec was approached by HR Constructions to be the electrical and solar contractor for this high end new residential build on Sydney’s North Shore.

The project scope was to be part of developing a “Bali Resort” home for this young family. The family have limited opportunities to escape overseas and wanted to bring a ‘resort and relaxed haven’ within their own four walls.

A major request from the homeowners was to have their house automatically switch in ‘chill’ mode at a set time in the evenings as they wind down from the fast pace lifestyle of Sydney.

The light fittings, switches and power points were all designed to fit in with the natural colour scheme which had a polished yet raw feel from the interior design.

Simple and sustainable building was a big part of the home owners wishes for the electrical scope as they chose minimal products to gain their desired outcomes.
